Dear IBA-BGP Members,
The insurance business is always in state of change, and this year will be no exception. It is a very important election year for our state and our country. I can not encourage you all enough to get involved and make our collective voices heard. We have reached a tipping point. The government, if left unchecked, will control the destiny of us all. So, again, I appeal to you all to become proactive and tell Sacramento and Washington DC how you feel. To them we are part of the 1%--- whether that is true or not. How can we get involved? Let’s get new members, let’s all go to Sacramento and tell the elected officials we want them to do their job, enforce our laws and stop spending our money on special interest scams. I am sure that each of you has at least one item that makes your blood boil, I know I sure do. I am proud to be your President and I want to know what you want us to achieve this year. So feel free to send me your thoughts. I am here to make sure we continue most of our projects but I am also hopeful we can get more proactive in shaping our future.
